The idea

You already
know what
to do.

Home is where it falls apart.

Everyone has the plan. Train properly, eat properly, stop drinking, sleep. It falls apart at home because home is built to break it.

So you leave. Four weeks, or six, on a farm in the Byron hinterland with seven other people and one routine. That's the whole method — the removal of everything that stops you.

What you train

Everything
on site

The ring, the bags, the strength work and the recovery are all on the property. The running isn't — that's the point of being here.

The difference

A full cage.
A full ring.
On a farm.

This is where the camp stops being a wellness retreat. Meditation at 12:30, rounds in the evening. Both are on the schedule.

The farm

Food off the
land you
train on

Fifteen acres, fruit orchards, free-range eggs. All meals provided and built around training and recovery — real food, enough of it, at the right times.

Recovery gets the same treatment: sauna, breathwork, yoga and genuine downtime are on the schedule, not offered as an optional extra you never get to.

Where you are

Fifteen minutes
from Byron Bay

A private rural property in the Byron hinterland — about fifteen acres of farm and fruit orchards. Close enough for lighthouse runs and beach sprints. Far enough that when the day is done, it's quiet.

02

No disruptive behaviour.

03

Quiet after 10pm in the dorm.

04

Questions

Anything else — put it in the message field on your application.

Do I need fighting experience?
No. Camps take complete beginners through to fighters preparing for a bout. The application asks about your level so the program can be set to where you actually are.
What does it cost?
Pricing is confirmed on enquiry. Send an application with the camp and dates you're after and you'll get the details back directly.
Is the detox camp a medical program?
No. It's a lifestyle reset — no alcohol, real food, daily training, early nights, a clear routine. It is not medical detoxification, addiction treatment or clinical care, and it isn't a substitute for them.
Really no alcohol?
Really. For the entire camp. It's one of the main reasons people leave feeling the way they do.
What are the dates?
Put your preferred dates on the application and they'll be matched against upcoming camps. Eight places only, so earlier is better.
